I usually wear a 4/6 and ordered a size medium based on previous reviews that said they is a bit small. I'd say the medium fit is fine, but the styling isn't very forgiving. If you have four children like me, then I have a feeling that despite the fact that I'm not overweight, any curl and imperfection will be visible in this fitted style. I can try the shaper underneath or just give it to one of my daughters who is basically the same size as me but tighter. However, it is REALLY cute and someone will look adorable in it!
