Quilting Block Portfolio

I work on several Block-of-the-Month (BOM) projects and like to keep my projects separate but clean and out of the way of my workspace. I use these briefcases to store 18' x 18' finished appliquΓ©s that will eventually become a king size quilt. They can be stowed on the hook (on the handle). but I still see what's inside. I inserted a thin pin along the bottom to keep the briefcase from rocking or bending.

I've been carrying this bag in the rain for over a month. None of my papers get wet. I don't like the straps... It's kinda cheap. flash is good. It can be folded up and carried under the arm. Don't think it will take more than a few months. However, for the price this is a good product. I will most likely take a bag to get out of this and use that bag as a primer to keep my papers dry. It's not very pretty. It's practical, it serves its purpose and I'm glad I bought it. I will buy again. I hope

Good for storing children's drawings

I am a mother of four and have LOTS of school art around my house. I used to store them in tote boxes but decided to organize them. I was debating between plastic containers and this briefcase and thought I'd give the briefcase a try to save money and SPACE. I am very happy!
