Review on 📋 Double Sided 815E 15-Question Compatible Testing Forms (500 Sheet Pack) - TEST-815E by Lild Zimmerly

Multiple times with multiple users caused my school's Scantron brand scanner to fail (I didn't know this was possible before using this form - it was when I would look at your phone or fax machine failure). I'm not sure what's causing this other than it's happening with this form and no other form (not another Scantron branded form or any other 3rd party form I've used). Being virtually useless, it has very little value regardless of the "savings". PS See the attached photo for the error message it generates in the Scantron machine.
