Bad bin: Won't eject wipes

The bin says "New EZ-Open!" but you know what, it's awful. My first wipe went fine, but after that I can't erase the rest. The top won't come off so you'll get stuck trying to get it out of that tiny hole at the top. When I pull the napkin, part of it comes off but doesn't come out all the way. They just appear to be coiled up tightly in the container, not bothering about each one, making it easier to pull out the next one. So I won't be buying them again, at least not in this type of container.
