I like how easy it was to use, especially with a computer background (and even those who don't). It's very intuitive! Not much at all really but if you're looking into something similar this will help fill your needs as well. If someone had an easier way of creating subgroups within groups or maybe being able create different areas under each group then that would make things more organized. Otherwise just stick with what they have now since everything else works well enough. Being able to collaborate with others easily from anywhere helps get projects done faster than using email alone which often gets buried when there are multiple people involved.
