Review on 🥤 Premium Rubbermaid Clear Pitcher with Red Cover - 1 Gallon Capacity by Raymond Iglesias

This jug is great because it is big enough to be filled for a family of 4 only 2-3 times a day. We fill it up every night and in the middle of the morning and sometimes during the day with our Burke filtered water. Then we stick it in the side door of our fridge to let it cool down. Note: the closer you fill it to the brim, the more careful you have to be when putting the lid on (it will overflow if you go too far). up and then try to push the cover in). If you fill it up it will also overflow when you start pouring if you tilt it down too far. If you don't tilt it down too far it won't spill, so you have to be careful if you want to fill it up. If you fill it close to the top, it's also uncomfortable to hold and too heavy. It is easy to clean by hand with a sponge. I have no idea if it's dishwasher safe. We only use ours for water so not sure if tea and juices will foul it over time. I'm assuming so since it's clear plastic. Overall for us it is functional and we recommend it. We also used it at our daughter's birthday party and it had enough water for 5 adults and 8 children. Hopefully these photos show the size in the fridge and in relation to a 1 gallon jug of milk. -------------------------------------------------- ------ ------------------* Update: After a little over 2 months of operation, the handle started to break. I noticed it because the first 2 or 3 times I took it out of the fridge after refilling it leaked 2 days in a row. This is the biggest crap. Nothing else has been done for ages. I will try to return the money. If I get it I'll raise my rating, but just know - like everything else these days, this isn't permanent. The grip is clearly a flimsy plastic that can't handle the weight if you plan on mostly filling it to the brim. The last picture shows what started a few days ago. And now, after two failed products, we're back on the hunt. :(
