The horse came in a large corrugated box, but there was little in the protective film. Fortunately, the horse was not injured. There are no instructions for installing the head and footpegs. took some time to understand. I finally did it. I tried it and the horse moves when I push the seat, mimicking the up and down motion of riding. It was pretty neat. I'm sure my 3 year old granddaughter will love it. She must be enjoying it. I just want the manufacturer to provide instructions on how to make bolts and nuts when assembling. This makes assembly a lot more fun. All in all a good game horse at a reasonable price.
