I was expecting a darker color but this duvet is a navy blue. It's also thinner than I was hoping. You can see that this is one of those times when you need to keep realistic expectations in mind. However, I decided to try the duvet. I applied a very nice dark gray color to my bedding along with a winter tree. I added a quilt of Demin Stripes to add contrast. And I was please you can. I have a beautiful picture of a beach scene hanging over my bed that has all of these colors in it. The only problem was that it was thin and super dark navy blue. To be honest it came on time and beautifully packaged. If I could make it half a star, so be it. No complaints - everything is fine. And I feel comfortable as possible.
