I love this floss for several reasons. 1. No plastic! You can compost it - and you can use the glass jar over and over again when ordering supplements. 2. Does a great job - it's a bit rough/sticky so picks up plaque really well! Yes, sometimes it can be cut with teeth, but as another reviewer said, it leaves no lint. 3. A big reason I love this is that against the black background you can really see the patina and the more it absorbs. I have to take very good care of my teeth to prevent gum erosion, so I floss and rub each area - running the floss just below the gumline - until there's no white residue left on the floss. I clean the floss when I leave (with a tissue), then wash it when I'm done, and reuse each floss over the course of a few days. I don't leave many reviews (no time) but I'm ordering a supplement and think I'll leave a review. It might not be for everyone, but it's my secret weapon to prevent receding gums!
