We are in LA next week going to amusement parks and my husband thought this would be a nice addition to our time at the park. Especially on hot windless days. The neck fan lies comfortably and lightly on the shoulders. The mini USB port charges it before use. There is a single button on the side to adjust the speed (low, medium or high). The fans don't have blades, so you don't have to worry about them getting caught in your hair. The lowest setting is very light and comfortable. The middle setting is slightly stronger. The high setting has a fairly strong wind. The wind is directed upward towards the jaw and ears. As you move your arms around your head, you won't feel the wind until you're 2 to 4 inches from the fan. The blades are almost silent. Not much loud. Can't comment on the battery life as we haven't taken it to the park yet. But you can imagine that they will be a nice addition to a hot day at amusement parks.
