It seemed like one of those too good to be true offers so I wasn't surprised when we had a problem with our first order. The problem was that several lights didn't work, the white muslin was stained and one of the stands had a broken part. I wrote to Linco and they: 1) gave me instructions to get all the lights working; 2) replaced the white muslin; and 3) replace the defective part. (Sent a few emails and took photos of some but they were very polite and helpful with everything.) After that was all done, everything worked perfectly! wrote to see if I could purchase this part (since it was my fault). They send me a spare part free of charge - a service that exceeds all my expectations.
