The item I received is designed to charge the index controllers but it doesn't. You need to connect the charging station to a USB port and plug some USB-C adapters into the USB-C ports on your controllers, so you can just place the controllers on the charging station and they should start charging. Another reviewer mentions that the controller has to be moved every time it's placed on the stand, but no matter how hard I wiggle or squeeze my controllers into position, they won't charge. Too bad because that was the only reason. I have it, otherwise it seems like a good stand, but without charging, that's all - a stand.
