For the most part, the association does its job. I think what it lacks is that (1) it tends to fall off during exercise, (2) the headband is a bit small for me when it comes to covering my forehead and the top of my head so my hair in going different directions, and (3) I thought I had a big head, but the headband is a bit loose, and if there was a design option at the back where I could tighten it, that would be better for me. The material was good and not that thick and the ponytail spacing was really good.
