Great product and even better seller!
The OEM charger for my Alienware laptop stopped working and I had to replace it. I bought this 4 months ago instead of buying from Dell. Well, unfortunately, the charger has disconnected from the blue LED connector that connects to the laptop. Unsure of the warranty, if any, I contacted the seller with my issue. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly they responded to me and how they resolved the issue. They immediately offered a replacement and sent it the next day. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the seller. It was an absolutely wonderful experience with the seller. If you need a replacement charger I would highly recommend this product and this seller.
