Did a good job. I ran it twice. I had to go over my molars and lightly touch hard-to-reach areas with a brush. Overall, even with a quick brushing, it has significantly reduced my time and left me feeling smoother. It's not a standalone plug and play device, but it improves the process. I have multiple sclerosis so the help from the device is a real bonus. If you're cleaning the whole tooth, you'll need a tongue scraper, and I use an oral irrigator, not floss. I gave it 4 stars just because it works, but I feel like it doesn't live up to the suggestion that it's self-contained. The price is worth it when it comes with whitening. I see how great it is for children
