I bought this for myself to wear on a chain to show my pride in my autistic grandson who I am very proud of and more than love everything else in the world. This amulet is so small you can hardly see it unless you get close, and the chain is terribly thin. It is an unfortunate and sad fact that when it comes to wearing something associated with raising awareness, pendants or amulets are extremely small. You can find any other pendant or charm to wear on your chain and they are much larger. I have bought many necklaces and pendants. I don't know why these companies aren't doing the same to raise awareness. I would love to wear this piece on a chain as a puzzle piece, but I feel it has to be done.
