Both cartridges give a Feed Problem error when installing. After some research on the web, this turned out to be an issue with HP and a recent update sent to my printer that disables all 3rd party toner cartridges. This is the same crap they just sued last year and lost the class action, just google "HP dynamic security lawsuit". If you are having this problem with your printer, visit the HP support forum and search for "supply problem" for your printer model. Here are instructions on how to roll back the firmware to a previous version to get ALL third party toner cartridges working with the printer again. Cartridges are OK, HP - MISSING.
