I've had the printer since February 2020 and bought some replacement toner. This time I just wanted black so I tried this one. Now I have a block of useless plastic! It throws errors and keeps restarting and I just changed the toner! At the moment, all troubleshooting efforts have failed due to the constant restarting of the machine.

Great if you're just printing a black and white document, but if you want to print images it's terrible. I tried 2 toners in different colors and they were all washed out and wobbly.

After trying other toner cartridge suppliers and being disappointed, I finally found a supplier whose product is better. The print quality is excellent, nothing is smudged anywhere. I will definitely buy this product again!

Both cartridges give a Feed Problem error when installing. After some research on the web, this turned out to be an issue with HP and a recent update sent to my printer that disables all 3rd party toner cartridges. This is the same crap they just sued last year and lost the class action, just google "HP dynamic security lawsuit". I ordered a 2 pack to have on hand. When my original cartridge ran out, I replaced it with one of these. No matter what I did, I couldn't reset the accumulator error. Searching the internet revealed several possible solutions but none of them worked. One reason for this error is outdated memory code on the chip. It is recommended that cartridges be returned and exchanged for cartridges with upgraded memory. I have a week until the return window. Never again. I'm sticking with original HP…

I purchased this item as a future replacement as my OEM cartridge was running low. The OEM cartridge lasted longer than I thought it would, so I got around to replacing it today. None of the cartridges work in my HP Color Laserjet Pro M281fdw MFP, although the online product information and packaging says they will work. And of course, because I put off trying them, it's been 5 days since the return date.

I ordered this toner for my HP Color Laser Jet Pro M281fdw and I am NOT disappointed. The toner is exactly as described and works great in my printer. I haven't had any problems and would happily order again. I print large volumes every day and this product exceeds my needs and expectations.

This ink prints lighter than the original black cartridge. I wish it was as dark as the original, but it works for my purposes. Definitely a great deal if you're ok with that or printing as dark/black as an HP ink cartridge.
