Caused accumulator error - NOT WORKING
I ordered a 2 pack to have on hand. When my original cartridge ran out, I replaced it with one of these. No matter what I did, I couldn't reset the accumulator error. Searching the internet revealed several possible solutions but none of them worked. One reason for this error is outdated memory code on the chip. It is recommended that cartridges be returned and exchanged for cartridges with upgraded memory. I have a week until the return window. Never again. I'm sticking with original HP products.
