The product is simple to use, easy for customers who are not tech savvy at all! I love that it has everything you need in one place - shopping cart software with payment processing capabilities- very convenient when ordering online from home or work without having access to an office computer.

Sometimes there's some lag time between adding items into my basket but other than this they have been great so far!! Nothing really comes across as being bad about them overall if anything i would say their customer service could be improved upon more by making communication easier amongst eachother (they're located overseas). They make sure every order goes smoothly through checkout which means less stress during busy times of year like Christmas/Easter etc.,.
