I have different sets of vests/jackets/coats for each season. OKR. In autumn and spring I wear thin Tek Gear with down filling. When it arrived it was slightly thinner than these. I also ordered a dahlia for the winter so I was concerned. I also have an anxiety disorder. This applies to 50-55 degrees regardless of the season. I checked it today. It's about the same level of comfort as the Tek Gear, although it's a bit lighter. Omnidirectional heat works by retaining body heat. If you wear it to run, I think it's great! It just wasn't what I needed every day. Even with a sweater underneath in the 50s. I wasn't cold, just not as warm as my Tek Gears. When I put it on for a long walk, it was just as it should be. Bottom line, if you're moving enough to build up body heat, it's great! I have normal sized breasts and they fit great. Although I ordered a size up because of the sweater. It's called "Bell". You would assume it was blue, not purple. This is the color of a real bluebell. The color was as expected for me. In any case, I recommend ordering one size larger.
