If you've been thinking about ordering this product, don't think further - buy it. We bought this topper for an uncomfortable bed in the guest room. I couldn't sleep in this bed for more than an hour before I felt something nudge and push against me. This is the end of the topper. Now the topper is not hard. In fact, if you stand on it, you will fall into it. However, when the weight of your body is distributed over the entire length of your body, you feel almost weightless. It is so sweet. We leave it overnight to expand and remove any odors. It quickly grew to 3 inches and by the next day all odor was gone. We're buying another one for our master bedroom and a smaller version for the trundle bed in our apartment.
