Great product and great customer service! My order was missing a whole box. I notified the company and they responded quickly and sent out missing pieces expedited. I would buy from them again due to good customer service and a quality product. The boxes were a little smaller than I thought, but are very sturdy, easy to set up, durable and easy enough to move when full, and they actually hold quite a bit.

These boxes fit perfectly on my IKEA Billy shelves with 2 side-by-side and the perfect depth. Unfortunately it is not at all sturdy. The front and back is each made of 2 pieces of cardboard so it pushes in right in the middle. The top edges are not rigid so as soon as you hang the files it pushes the edges down. Needs a little bit more work to make it a more sturdy unit.

I received this file box today and assembled it, assembly was simple. There is no smell, and the item was in new condition and looks nice.My only issue is that once I filled the file box, the metal file rods were bending in a little on all four attachments, so the weight of the file folders is too much for the fabric frame. I had enough files to fill the box so it wasn't overfilled and the size was perfect. I do not have my penda files filled with a lot.This is why I am returning it, otherwise…

These seem like solid boxes and I love the form factor. There is a smell. It's like a pungent burlap smell, but the material is listed as polyester. It's definitely gotten better after two weeks, but it's still there. Hopefully it will go away in time.

These boxes are exactly what I needed . They are small enough that I can travel with my files . Boxes are made well and file hanger rods come with them. Just get yourself hanging folders and your all set . Best Buy ever!

These were more sturdy than I anticipated, and do not look like they are "industrial" file boxes.very handy! That's my review.

I love the size and color of these file storage bins. I used them to store hanging letter size files. The file holders fit great!My files were a bit heavy with all of the documents inside. so the top pulled down a touch. I like that they are sturdy. They were easy to assemble. When I unwrapped them, I noticed that the chrome handles on all of them had fingerprint smudges on all of them. One of the label tag holders was wrinkled as well. It seems that that it did not go through a quality control to check for the fingerprints and that the placement of the folded parts placed in a way where there is no damage to the small areas. I decided to try to clean the chrome handles with alcohol and they cleaned up nicely…

Very easy to assemble, only took a few minto put all four together. It's nice to have ability to lable on two different sides!They look so much better than the plastic roller file tubs we were using.

I like the look of these file boxes. They are a slightly smaller size but look good as an organized set. The only thing is that the long sides buckle in a bit and don't stay straight.

It’s canvas, but it’s decently sturdy. My only complaint is that the folders will just fall off the ends if they are too light(nothing in them).

My only feedback is that the cover could use a little more on the lip, they would stay and hold better if they we 1/4 to 1/2 longer. Other than that they serve the purpose I purchased them for.

When you insert the metal rods to hang files on they do lock grip in place, folders constantly fall, empty or not! Thanks for attention.

Box continues to collapse in the middle of the box. There’s no sturdy material to keep the box open and it’s causes a problem with placing the lid on it.

They were easy to assemble. Handles on both sides of all 4 file bins are covered in glue that will not come off. There is a chemical odor that filled the room once they were placed in the office., it was so bad I moved them to the garage. This morning the entire garage has the same odor of chemical/glue

It would be helpful to have the runners for the long side included with the shorter ones. This would help in stabilizing all four sides. The good feature is the collapsible box. Great for storing.

I liked the idea but once I assembled it, it would not even stay open with the lid on. I tried putting full files in it and the rails do not run the full length so they slide off. And even with files the box still starts to fold into its self.

Item arrived with one not two brackets. I don’t see an option to request replacement parts withou returning item. The fabric smells like it’s been in a burning building. Very strong smoky smell. Must be the material. I’m certain I won’t won’t the box near my workspace if it doesn’t dissipate.

I put this file inside a small cabinet I use as my office. When taking files to another satlette office it carries easily and its light enough to hold a lot of files without overloading me.

Gift for my sister who lives in a small room with to room for filing cabinet so she was pleased with this option. Thanks for attention!
