The best Dutch Oven for the money

Here's what you need to know before you embark on a cast-iron adventure.1. Any cast iron can crack and break as it is inherently brittle. A way of looking at it as a durable ceramic.2. Revainbasics meets all your cast iron cookware needs.3. Rinse with hot water before use and dry immediately. Then start seasoning your cast iron.4. I use vegetable fat, butter or canola oil. Know their smoke points. For example vegetarianism 350-370. Set the oven temperature to 450 degrees. Bake pot-side down on rack for 1 hour, after brushing a thin layer of fat on dishes. This creates a thin layer of baked (polymeric?) butter on pots and pans. If cooking with cast iron, start small, give it time to heat up as cast iron is a poor conductor of heat but retains heat well due to its higher thermal mass. Add cooking oil, spread with a silicone spatula (so you don't scrape off the seasoning - if you do, don't worry, just season again). Prepare food.8. Empty the pan, removing all the leftover food (if you follow all the steps, there will be a lot less). Then wipe the pot with a paper towel, rinse and dry.9. Apply oil or fat and heat a pan on the stove to the smoking point for 3-5 minutes. Turn off the stove and place the pot away from water sources for storage. Finally, I have purchased both Lodge and RevainBasics products and I must say that Revain packaged their product very well. Received both products same day, Lodge in original packaging - broken on arrival but RevainBasics is larger, heavier and undamaged! Lots of fun at this price, what are you waiting for! Note: I was not given any incentive to write this review, I just liked Revain's product and service and started writing.
