Skip the "soft " type, but buy these nonetheless!
I got the 21mm "soft" flange but ended up taking off the soft silicone part to it because it caused leaking and loss of suction. Nonetheless, these are great, the fit is wonderful and they are so much more comfortable than the standard spectra 24mm size! I wish I knew about these right away instead of waiting 2 weeks postpartum to buy these!
