I got 21s even though lactation consultant told me to use 24 flanges from medela. These are way more comfortable for nipple size as well as having the silicone rim. The fit just was not right for my wife; the circular funnels did not fit quite well enough to drain; she noted they were quite comfortable but the design was not right for her. We bought them due to the smaller flange sizing available but in hindsight should have just stuck with the Medela ones due to the oval curvature of the funnel with suctions to her better. These worked amazing I got them with my third baby only wish I had gotten them sooner. I always avoided pumping till I got the right size. Worth every penny. They do work with Madella pumps.

I like the length of the flange so I can see the flow as the personal flex connectors you can’t see the flow with short flanges. One thing I do not like is the circumference of the end of the tube that connects to the flex connectors isn’t wide enough to stay on and falls off so you spill milk.

I took off the white comfort ring part because it was annoying to clean with the flanges as well as it was NOT comfortable and left a ring around my breast after pumping. I was just happy to finally have the correct size flanges though. Remember ladies- only 3% of women are the "standard” 24 size flange. You most likely need smaller! LCs spread false information constantly.

This product is great if you need a smaller size than what manufacturers give you with your pump - however, the rubber "comfy" ring is just slid into the edge of the flange and not built in like the Medela Personal Fit. It doesn't stay close enough to your skin to create a good deal, even with a compression bra. In my opinion, skip the comfy and just buy the regular plastic ones.

So thankful to find a small size flange for my Medela Pump n Style Max Flow breast pump. I needed the 19 mm which isn’t available directly through Medela. I find these flanges to be so much better than the flanges that come with the pump. These have a longer tunnel which is great for long or elastic nipples. I would highly recommend.

Almost 9 months into my baby's life, I finally discovered these. I had been using the 21mm smallest size Medela makes and most of the time couldn't get a letdown, so had given up on pumping except when most full. I still struggle a bit but these are so much more reliable.

I recently noticed that one flange doesn't securely fit without easily a slidding off. That impacts the suction but overall a good buy and has saved my nipples.

I have repurchased these several times and really do appreciate the variety of sizes to be accommodating to several women. However, I do not like the redesign especially for those with elastic nipples. The section of the flanges that gets inserted into the adapter has a pretty sharp ridge, and has caused me to crack open and bleed. The old design had a much softer angle so it would not cause any irritation.

My original medela parts was very uncomfortable to use with a pumping bra. I am large chested so my skin would wrap around the shield and get pinched between that and the bra. Not with this! It is very comfortable and I highly recommend this product.

These were great! The last time I bought a cheaper version of flanges first my pump they were thin and terrible. These ones were thick, sturdy and 100% comparable to the brand name!

Silicone removable cover doesn’t fit properly over time causing the suction seal to diminish. Wish it was built in/attached instead of removable.

The shape of this flange is to conical for my breast, so I have to hold it right on my breast while pumping with a hands-free pumping bra. This is not the case with their competitor (MayMom), which has a more shadow angle. They also tend to slip off of the Medela convectors unless jammed on very tight. Overall, I'm not impressed, but they'll do the job in a pinch.

I was having trouble with pumping because the regular plastic flanges were pulling too much tissue into them (due to elastic nipples) and causing bruising and tearing. I tried these to see if the cushioning might provide some friction to prevent the breast from getting pulled into the flange. Unfortunately, the cushioning did not help with this issue. I felt the need to try a lower mm than my usual 21mm because the Medela doesn’t make 19mm. These were not good though. I’m glad I didn’t spend too much money on them. They took away from the suction I usually get. Wouldn’t recommend these for use with Medela.

it fits right into my medela and works great. My only feedback is that the shape of the cone is "steeper" than than the medela sheilds and I think they would fit and seal even better if they weren't so steep, but they work great.

Works well if you need a 21mm. I have found I like silicone flanges more and only use these once in a while now. They have held up well and still look brand new though.

These lose suction really easily and end up leaking breast milk out the bottom. I ended up buying the same size with the white comfort lining, which hold suction really well. Could just be my breast shape.

I got the 21mm "soft" flange but ended up taking off the soft silicone part to it because it caused leaking and loss of suction. Nonetheless, these are great, the fit is wonderful and they are so much more comfortable than the standard spectra 24mm size! I wish I knew about these right away instead of waiting 2 weeks postpartum to buy these!
