Just didn't fit well.

The fit just was not right for my wife; the circular funnels did not fit quite well enough to drain; she noted they were quite comfortable but the design was not right for her. We bought them due to the smaller flange sizing available but in hindsight should have just stuck with the Medela ones due to the oval curvature of the funnel with suctions to her better. It might just have to be a trial and error to see what the best fit for you is, but if the oval shaped ones work well, stick with a brand with the same shape rather than switching it up.
