I spent about 3 days comparing Bluetooth transmitters that had everything I was looking for. It definitely fits the bill! - My dashboard has a recessed socket, so it had to have a long, narrow base. - Wanted something easy to control without looking - Wanted something with phone call and navigation function - Something pretty small, the sound quality is really really good. 2) very short start-up time. Turns on and connects to the phone in 3 seconds. PLUS just a little beep to let you know it's plugged in 3) picks up where it last left off 4) it's very easy to skip songs without looking. Excellent buttons.5) It's been 1 week, so far the quality is good. Cons: 1) The microphone isn't as powerful as we'd like. I'm kind of screaming so they can hear me. 2) does not turn off automatically. (This is not a problem if your socket goes out with your machine) Overall very happy with it.
