The helmet itself seems to work but the instructions for it are terrible. The instructions are typical Chinese instructions written by someone who doesn't understand English. And while it's possible to understand what the instructions are trying to say, for the most part it's more important that the instructions don't explain at all. For example, how to disassemble the helmet to be able to install the battery and the spare lenses supplied. The guide contains 3 full pages explaining the headgear and how to adjust it even though it is already attached to the helmet. At the same time, there is no word or picture that explains how to replace the shields or how to remove the electronic module required to replace the shields and battery. To all Chinese manufacturers trying to sell products in the US market. Find someone who can speak English and then provide instructions on how to use and maintain your products.
