I have been using the TemporalScanner thermometer for a number of years. This is accurate but requires direct forehead contact to use. The life2O non-contact infrared thermometer is exactly what I was looking for. It comes with everything you need including two AAA batteries needed for operation. Temperature measurement is as easy as point-and-click.
