As a cupcake fan, this fan is a bit loud but otherwise good. This is the right fan to fix Viking's noisy fridge fan problem. The swap is easy for those who can use a screwdriver and twist the two wires together. Fridge finish lid over noisy fan has plugs on both ends. Use a regular table knife to carefully remove them. The four Phillips screws then remove the cover. Four more hex screws loosen the old fan. You need to cut the wires and connect the new fan to the old connector. This fan isn't exactly quiet, but it's not annoying either. Peter
