The most effective trigger point treatment I have ever done.
I don't usually write reviews but I had to because of the quality of this item. I have had back and neck problems for 20 years and this has helped more than anything else. I have seen several chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists and doctors. None of them helped as much as this one. I have tried dry needling and I have a Thera Cane that has helped but this one is better because I can use it anywhere on my neck. Very easy to use and super effective. I can't remember when my neck felt so good. Highly recommend for everyone.
