The case doesn't fall asleep or wake up the tablet. After writing to Fentie to resolve this issue, they offer instructions showing that they have not handled the device in question. The settings option I was supposed to be looking for doesn't exist on the M8FHD. At least it looks good and stands as it should when used for hands-free browsing. I would give that 4 stars but the product doesn't live up to the ad and the customer service response shows they actually didn't use any stars. Customer service is just as important as a good product.
