Review on Bolden BBT1480 Skin Brightening Toner by Maria Adams

My friend just asked me to order this toner for him! I've been working on my changing skin for a year while trying to find something that works for my boyfriend's oily, acne-prone skin. I regularly use Mario Badescu products which I love. However, lately I've been looking for products, particularly those with glycolic acid, to lighten a few dark spots. He loves how this toner regulates sebum and balances the skin. I have tried other Bolden products but this is my/our favourite! I also use a moisturizer with SPF in the summer months.
