WARMTH in. You will continue. I didn't want to spend more than $60 shipping on a new top rack. I read the reviews on here and realized I needed to rehash these tips, but when I saw them I thought there was no way. It REALLY WORKED. Here's what I did: (You'll need water, a small container, a microwave, and a rubber-gripped glove. I used gardening gloves with rubber dots on the fingers) 1. Pour 4 ounces of hot water into a coffee mug. Add 12-15 ramekins and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds. 2. Wrap the mug with a towel to keep it warm.3. Using a rubber glove, place the warm tip over the tooth. Then grab the point where the tip is above the tooth, pull down, change the position of the handle, pull down harder. Repeat as needed. SOME of mine were a bit difficult, but many were very easy. Put it on, slide down! At first I didn't warm them up enough. The water should be so hot that you don't want to stick your fingers in it and pull out the tips!
