This product has been a great help. My mother recently got sick and moved in with me. She had previously been on artificial respiration for a while, so her voice was rather weak and not very loud. The noise level is loud but not aggressive. It was easy to use and I love that it has both a normal button and an emergency button. It saved me a lot of anxiety. She could call me if she needed anything and I no longer interrupted her sleep 500 times to see if she was up and waiting for me. Tried different ones, this one is the best.
