This fan works well and is quiet. When the fan is on, an eye-catching blue light appears. It didn't really bother me and seemed like a blue night light, but if you're a person who needs complete darkness to sleep, I can see that's an issue. One of the reasons I bought this fan model is that it had an automatic temperature setting option. The fan should turn on automatically when the set temperature is reached in the room. I figured you could set this temperature digitally like I've done with other fans in the past. This model has a dial with three temperature options of 60, 75, and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I couldn't use this option as these temperatures are either too hot or too cold for me to sleep.
