Review on Beamery by Tom Beland

I love that we can access all our data in one place! The ability for us as HR professionals or recruiters/consultants are able to see where candidates have been searching online vs using other platforms like LinkedIn etc., This has allowed me more time with my team by being proactive about finding new opportunities instead waiting around hoping someone will call you back from an ad board!! Nothing at this point but great product overall. We've realized how much easier it would be if everything was available under 1 roof - no separate systems = less headaches & confusion when trying to find information across departments within your organization!
