These shoes are adorable. But I can clearly see that the child was wearing them on his feet. And it kind of pissed me off. I was expecting a brand new product. Not something dirty worn by another kid. It was a good deal for parts so I decided to inspect and just clean them instead of trying to go through the whole return process. But it is very disrespectful to give a customer obviously worn/used and dirty shoes. There were no labels on it, nothing. They are used very explicitly. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they appear to be suitable for used shoes and I will use them once I have cleaned them.
