After reading SOME of the reviews I was a bit skeptical about this bag. Why did I still buy it? Because the negative feedback did not match the description or photos of the bag. The bag is perfect and just what I was looking for to take to Europe and not carry an 'extra' shoulder bag or backpack. If the zipper starts to stick a little, a little soap will help. It's not a problem yet. The dimensions given are correct. An image of how the strap works, ie transforms from a shoulder bag to a backpack. Back to business. So if you're looking for a double-duty bag that can fit a mirrorless camera with an extra lens, a 17-ounce water bottle, an iPhone, and other small accessories AND keep them safe. This bag should fit you. I know it works for me!
