Couldn't wait to get this backpack. It's everything I expected. It's big enough to carry essentials. As a small backpack, it is unobtrusive and works well as a backpack or shoulder bag. I don't know why some reviews say the straps are short because I'm 16.5'5 and haven't had any issues with the 'adjustable' straps. The straps are more than enough to carry the bag in any position.
