I'm a fitness trainer so I've bought a lot of pants from different brands. My three requirements for pants are a dark color, medium to high compression, and side mic pockets. I figured since these pants are modest I'd try them out. I'm 5" 6", 150 pounds and usually wear a size 6 or 8. I'm technically between sizes but went ahead and ordered medium and small. In the end I left the little one. put it on but once you put it on the compression is really nice. The medium was too loose, they stretch well on the squat test. The fabric feels smooth and light, like Fast and Free Lululemon. If you don't like the high compression I would go up a size.Overall I love them (have already bought another pair) and would recommend them to others!
