My little nephew is just starting to learn ABC and 123 and needs to buy his own learning tablet. We're skeptical of these $300 iPads because a small child is a bit clumsy and could break it. This TUFEN Kid Tablet feels just right for its age and is sized just right for his hands, and it won't break the bank. The product was delivered very quickly. Inside the box were a tablet, a mains charger, a micro USB charging cable, a micro USB OTG cable, a screen protector and a tablet case/skin. The tablet itself, when not in a kid's case, reminds me of the Nexus 7 from 2012, they are very similar in size. The 7 inch screen is ideal for children under 8 years old due to the size of their hands. When you first turn it on, you'll be greeted with a kids' app that you can exit by completing a simple math problem. When the kids app is closed, it works like any other Android tablet. As the title of my review suggests, it's also good for adults. You can install video apps like Youtube and use this tablet to watch media. You can even install other lightweight email or document processor apps. To be honest, this tablet's response times feel a bit slow compared to $300 tablets or iPads, and that's to be expected. But can it be used? Definitely yes. Is it suitable for children? Definitely yes. This tablet will appeal to a child up to 10 years old. The built-in educational apps are more than enough for additional learning while still allowing you to play light casual games. My nephew is currently using this tablet to watch youtube videos and he loves it. I'm glad I decided to make this purchase. If you are looking for a budget kids tablet, this is a good option.
