The first item purchased was damaged (cracks come from the bottom right corner of each of the USB charging ports). Gave Revine a second chance and ordered a replacement. The second item arrived in exactly the same condition (see photo). Possible manufacturing defect but I suspect it won't last long if I hold it for a second time to come back. If you decide to order this, pay close attention to the integrity of the surge protector housing in the corners of the USB ports. The item was purchased directly from Revain and not from a reseller. You have no more than two tries to get it right and failed. I won't be ordering any of these from Revain next time. Very disappointed.
