Review on 📞 VTech VS113-5: 5 Handset Cordless Phone with Extended Range, Call Blocking, Bluetooth Connectivity, Big Buttons, Answering System - Silver & Black by Rafael Lewis

We've always loved VTech's cordless phone systems and bought them specifically for the call barring feature. We hate robots and annoying phone calls. The design is excellent, five phones; base plus four tubes; It's great and almost every aspect and function is great. However, the printed instructions that came with the kit are poor at best, making them difficult to follow for setup. call blocking process "maybe" configured correctly; I don't know for sure because the supposedly blocked calls are still ringing. We thought putting our cell phones up would be nice too, but this causes both the home and called cell to ring at the same time; which is very annoying when still inside, but it's good when it's outside in the yard and you don't have to hear all five phones and the called cellphone is ringing. Overall, I'm giving it four (4) stars because it performs as much as our previous VTech kit, but doesn't deserve five (5) stars due to poor printed instructions, delayed button response, and "weak" latching calls; at least as far as we can tell today.
