The transparency in accounting processes has been one thing that I like best about this business. Their support team makes it easy to understand how much revenue each project brings through different marketing strategies used. It's very clear what kind of ROI you are getting from your investment as well! There doesn't seem to be any downsides at all so far. They provide an excellent service by managing multiple properties simultaneously (upwards of 20). We also had some great deals come up which we were able invest into directly instead buying shares into another property being managed there first.
