We don't like using paper plates when our friends come over for a BBQ, but sometimes we like to use disposable plates so they're easier to clean. These areca palm cymbals are a great option! They're interesting, even a conversation piece, offer a lot more support than flimsy paper, and generally do their job well! $30 is quite a lot for disposable cymbals BUT you get 24 10" cymbals and an additional 24.8" version that takes the sting out. There are 48 square sheets in total, or 63 cents each. They are fun, practical, biodegradable and recommended.
