The best feature of this toolkit is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for anyone who has no knowledge about employment law or HRM practices to use without any help from an expert person in legal matters. There are some features like notifications which can be useful while tracking your employees but I think they could have made them more efficient by adding additional settings/features etc., so as not to create confusion among people when using certain aspects of their services. Highly recommended! It's very handy especially with regard to employee monitoring where you need to keep up all tabs regarding different rules and regulations applicable at workplace level. This helps us monitor our team members effectively through constant updates via email alerts and reminders whenever necessary during working hours (office timings).
