Nice case but hard to swipe down Notification bar and volume buttons misaligned

Seriously, who designs these things? You need to swipe your finger to bring down the notification bar. The rest of the body is decent. Better than holding the tablet naked, which is a nightmare because it's so thin and sleek. I don't feel like I'm going to drop it all the time so it wins me over in that moment. The included screen protector is annoying. Just slide your finger across it to reveal a series of micro-scratches that aren't visible. I bought the screen protectors along with the case, just pulled out the built in screen protector and used the one I bought. I haven't tried tempered glass yet. The buttons are also not the same as the tablet buttons. I have to press the rubberized area behind the case's buttons to change the volume, and that's what makes this case a three-star right there for me. Overall the case is good, but it does have some minor flaws that the designers really need to fix. Windows tablet cases are notorious for having notches that allow you to tamper with your tablets to fully enjoy Windows 8. Why is it so difficult to get these notches for Android?
