I have been using the pillow for 3 days. After the first night, the neck hurt, the next time it did not happen again. It is uncomfortable to put under the back, it starts to hurt. There is no huge difference between this and a regular pillow. And so quite satisfied. Pros: + Doesn't get too hot + Not too high and not too low + More comfortable than a cheap pillow, but far from heaven and earth +Restores shape on its own Has cons: -Could be more - I did not notice any cooling effect -At first, my neck hurt (you need to sleep for a while and it will pass)
